Chewing the Chocolate with Toni

Finally spring is here and I am celebrating with a fantastic new chocolate recipe. For all of you who need to gain a pound or two before hitting the beach in your bikini, this recipe is the answer. (Also recommended for those of you who can no longer fit into your bikini, this chocolate will remind you what life is all about.) For that final cold spell I have included a easy and delicious rusk recipe.

Once again we have some wonderful new stock. Just arrived from overseas is a range of ejector cutters. As we have managed to do our own import I am delighted to report that we have been able to reduce the price of these cutters from R150 to R118.50. New amongst these cutters is a beautiful butterfly, lace cutters and silicon pearl moulds. We have just received our import of our chocolate book that sold out within two months, so if you were planning to get one of these, good news is they are back in stock. At the moment we have managed to source a new supplier of cake books. They are, as far as I am concerned, the nicest books currently available. The latest wedding cake magazine has also arrived and is now in stock.

Christmas launch is now only 5 weeks away and we are very busy sorting out our program. Diaries now October the 2nd 2010 for a fun exciting and enjoyable day. Our Christmas stock has also started to arrive and I must say it is Awesome!! (Stock will only be put out on the day of the launch.)

Summer is always a time for weddings so I have included a chocolate wedding cake in this month’s magazine. If you thought you couldn’t make a wedding cake, think again. This one you can make for under R1000, and it won’t take you longer than 2 hours to put it together.
