Dessert Bowls Made from Chocolate Transfers

Method:
Cut transfer to the desired size. (Size should be suitable for a single serving. Apply melted chocolate to printed side of transfer sheet. Leave for 30 seconds. Lift and shape into a cylindrical shape. Over lap the sides so that they stick together. Pour a thin layer of chocolate into the bottom to form a base. Fill with home made or bought desserts. Decorate with fresh cream, berries, chocolate sticks etc.

Mini Dessert Cups


The cups come ready made from Belgium. You can fill them with any dessert. (Cheat by buying ready made custard, tiramisu, cream caramel, mouse etc from Woolworths.) Add fresh berries and Christmas chocolate logos.

Chocolate Cup Cake with Chocolate Mousse


Make 1 packet ready made chocolate cup cake mix. Mix one packet of chocolate mousse. (If desired substitute 50-100ml liquid with a cream liqueur. Once the cupcakes have baked and cooled pipe with your stiff chocolate mousse. Decorate with chocolate sticks, chocolate Christmas logos, berries and edible glitter. Keep in the fridge till served.

Chocolate Sticks


Purchase ready made Belgium couveture chocolate sticks. Melt white chocolate. If desired colour and flavour the white chocolate with green colouring and mint flavouring or orange colour and orange flavouring. Decorate the sticks by dipping the ends into the chocolate. Pipe stripes or spots on the chocolate. Alternatively wrap a piece of chocolate transfer around the stick. This you can do by cutting a small piece of transfer, just big enough to wrap around the stick. Apply melted chocolate onto the transfer and then wrap tis around the stick. Set in the freezer for 3 minutes and then peel the plastic part of the transfer off the chocolate stick.

Layered Chocolate Mousse Cake


Use on packet of ready mix chocolate sponge cake and bake in a 14 inch tin or two 8 inch tins. Make up one packet of chocolate mousse. When your cake is baked and cooled, cup it into three layers. Spread the mousse between the layers and then on the top of the cake and the sides. Stick chocolate Belgium sticks around the side of the cake. Decorate the top of the cake with Christmas decorations. (If you don’t want to make your own decorations we have a got selection of ready made ones.
